What should I do if the watch I bought earlier doesn’t work or out of battery?
We offer battery replacement service for all watches purchased at our shops. The first battery replacement is free of charge within one year from the date of purchase.
Can I receive a repairment for damages on items I bought from the shop?
We accept repairment requests, but is subjected to the condition of the damage. There is a possibility that the damage cannot be repaired.
