If I am not satisfied with my purchase, can I return or exchange it? Do you provide any after-sales service or warranty?
Returns are only available on the day of purchase, and exchanges for equivalent price or above items can be made within 7 days. Depending on the product, we offer free cleaning, resizing and repair services.

What are the methods for payment?
We accept cash, credit cards, electronic payments and gift certificates.

If the ring size is not right, can I make an adjustment for resizing?
Ring size can be adjusted. Within the first year from the date of purchase, you can enjoy a free adjustment of plus or minus 3 sizes for rings of specified amount. In other cases, you will be charged according to the actual adjustment cost. Some items may not be able to be modified, please contact our staff for details.

What should I do if the watch I bought earlier doesn’t work or out of battery?
We offer battery replacement service for all watches purchased at our shops. The first battery replacement is free of charge within one year from the date of purchase.

Can I receive a repairment for damages on items I bought from the shop?
We accept repairment requests, but is subjected to the condition of the damage. There is a possibility that the damage cannot be repaired.

Do I need to make an appointment in advance to make a repurchase at the shop?
There is no need to make an appointment in advance.

Can I simply just make an estimation? Is there any charge?
Of course. There is no charge for estimation of any item. We also do not require any personal information for estimation, so first-time customers can visit us with ease and confidence.

Do you offer repurchase for all precious metal?
No, we have certain restrictions on items we acquire. Basically, if the engraving on the item is the same as the actual purity, we will repurchase most of the precious metal. We mainly confirm its purity through pharmaceutical testing. Items that are not eligible for repurchase include fiat currency, items whose purity is difficult to identify, industrial products, and dangerous goods.

How do you calculate the repurchase price of precious metals?
The repurchase price of precious metals is determined by the weight of the item. The repurchase price is calculated by multiplying the repurchase price of purity per gram, by the weight of the precious metal itself. The repurchase price per gram is set based on the precious metals market of the day.
For example, if the repurchase price of 18K gold per gram is $500 dollars on a given day, and your 18K gold ring weight 10 grams, then the calculation will be $500 dollars × 10 grams = $5000 dollars. $5000 dollars will be the repurchase price of your 10 grams 18K gold ring. -
When I come to your shop to make a repurchase, what else do I have to bring other than the item?
All you need to bring is the item itself along with your identification document.
